When fee payment is made to Corpbiz, the fees paid in advance are retained by Corpbiz. Corpbiz shall acquire the fees upon working on a client's issue. During an engagement, Corpbiz earns fees at different rates and times depending upon completing various breakthroughs (e.g., Government Fee Payments, filing of forms, Traveling etc.).
Refunds will not be allocated for the resources and man-hours spent on fulfilling the service, which is non-remittable. Furthermore, we will not be able to refund or credit any money paid to the government entities, such as government filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties having a role in processing your order.
